How to invite team members to your Team and Garages.

How to Invite

  1. Go to Team Settings → Members.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the person's email address.
  4. Select a role (Garage Owner, Receptionist, or Technician).
  5. If the role is Garage-scoped, select which Garages they should have access to.
  6. Click Send Invite.

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they do not have an autoGMS account, they can create one during the acceptance flow.

Invite Limits

The number of members you can have depends on your plan:

If you are at the limit, you must upgrade your plan or remove an existing member before sending new invitations.

Pending Invites

Pending invitations are visible in the Members list. You can cancel a pending invite at any time. Invites expire after 7 days.

Revoking Access

To remove a member, go to Team Settings → Members, find the member, and click Remove. Their access is revoked immediately. Any bookings or records they created remain in the system.
