Team Roles

Understand roles and permissions within your Team.

Team Roles

autoGMS uses role-based access control. Each member is assigned a role that determines what they can see and do.

Roles

Team OwnerTeam-wideFull access to all Garages, billing, settings, and member management.
Garage OwnerPer-GarageFull access within assigned Garages. Can manage members within those Garages.
ReceptionistPer-GarageCan create and manage bookings, customers, vehicles, estimates, and invoices. Cannot access financial reports or settings.
TechnicianPer-GarageCan view assigned bookings and update job status. Read-only access to customer and vehicle details.

Assigning Roles

Team Owners assign roles when inviting members or from the member management page in Team settings. A member's role can be changed at any time by a Team Owner.
