Seat Accounting
Each Team member occupies one seat. Your plan determines the maximum number of seats:
- Free: 2 seats
- Starter: 5 seats
- Pro: 20 seats
- Business: Unlimited
Pending invitations count toward the seat limit.
Over-Seat Situations
If your Team has more members than your plan allows (e.g., after a downgrade), you enter an over-seats state:
- Existing members retain access.
- You cannot invite new members.
- A banner in the dashboard alerts Team Owners to the over-seat condition.
- Resolve by removing members or upgrading your plan.
Reassigning Roles
Team Owners can change any member's role from the Members page. Role changes take effect immediately. There is no limit on role changes.
Removing Members
- Go to Team Settings → Members.
- Click the menu on the member row.
- Select Remove Member.
- Confirm the removal.
The member loses access immediately. Their created records (bookings, invoices, etc.) remain in the system and are not affected.
