Invoicing and Receipts
This page covers platform billing — the invoices autoGMS sends to your Team for your subscription. For invoices you send to your customers, see Invoices module.
How Billing Works
autoGMS bills monthly based on your plan. At the end of each billing cycle, an invoice is generated for the next period.
Viewing Your Invoices
- Go to Team Settings → Billing.
- Click Invoices to see your billing history.
- Each row shows the invoice date, amount, status, and a download link.
Downloading Receipts
Click the Download button next to any paid invoice to get a PDF receipt. Receipts include:
- Your Team name and billing address.
- Invoice date and period covered.
- Line items (plan name, seat count, add-ons).
- Total amount and payment method.
- A unique invoice number for your records.
Tax Information
Receipts display applicable taxes based on your billing region. If you need a tax-exempt invoice, contact support with your exemption documentation before the billing cycle closes.
Payment Methods
Payment methods are managed in Team Settings → Billing → Payment Method. You can update your card at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, autoGMS retries automatically over 3 days. During this period, your Team retains full access. If all retries fail, the Team is downgraded to the Free plan. Re-enter a valid payment method and upgrade to restore your plan.
