Garages
How Garages work as individual service locations.
Garages
A Garage is an individual service location within your Team. Each Garage has its own customers, vehicles, bookings, inventory, invoices, and financial records.
Why separate Garages?
If you operate multiple locations, each one has different:
- Operating hours
- Service bays and capacity
- Customer base
- Inventory stock
- Financial reporting needs
Garages let you manage each location independently while keeping everything under one Team for consolidated billing and member management.
Garage settings
Each Garage has its own configuration:
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name | Displayed in the UI and on invoices |
| Legal name | Appears on official documents |
| Country & Currency | Determines tax rules and invoice currency |
| Timezone | Used for booking times and report dates |
| VAT/Tax number | Printed on invoices |
| Operating hours | Per-day open/close times |
Service bays
Bays are the physical work areas in your Garage (lifts, pits, or bays). They appear as columns on the Job Cards board. Each bay can have one active job at a time, making it easy to see at a glance what is happening in your shop.
Data scope
All data within a Garage is scoped to that Garage. A customer created in Garage A does not appear in Garage B. This keeps each location's data clean and separate.
