Teams

A Team is the top-level entity in autoGMS. It represents your business and is the container for everything — garages, members, billing, and settings.

What a Team provides

• Identity — Your business name, logo, and URL slug
• Membership — Who can access your garages and what they can do
• Billing — Your subscription plan, payment method, and invoices
• Feature access — Which features are available based on your plan

One business, one Team

Each business should have exactly one Team. If you operate multiple locations, create multiple Garages under the same Team — do not create separate Teams.

Team settings

Team settings are available from the gear icon in the dashboard sidebar:

• General — Name, slug, logo
• Members — Invite, remove, and manage roles
• Billing — View plan, upgrade, manage payment methods

Data isolation

Each Team's data is completely isolated. Members of one Team cannot see another Team's garages, customers, or financial data.
