Getting Started
Create a Garage
Configure your first garage location with the onboarding wizard.
Create a Garage
A Garage is a single service location. It has its own customers, vehicles, bookings, inventory, and financial records.
The Onboarding Wizard
After creating your Team, you will be guided through a 4-step wizard to set up your first Garage.
Step 1: Basic Info
- Garage name — The name your customers know you by
- URL slug — Used in your dashboard URL
- Description — A short description of your services (optional)
Step 2: Location & Legal
- Country — Sets your default currency and tax rules
- Currency — The currency you invoice in (e.g., USD, GBP, AED)
- Timezone — Used for booking times and reports
- Legal name — Your registered business name (for invoices)
- VAT/Tax number — Optional, appears on invoices
Step 3: Operating Hours
Set your opening and closing times for each day of the week. Mark days as closed if you do not operate on them.
Step 4: Service Bays
Add your service bays (lifts, pits, or work areas). Each bay can hold one active job at a time. Bays appear as columns on the Job Cards board.
After setup
Your Garage is ready. You will land on your dashboard where you can:
- Visit the Reception Desk to walk in your first customer
- Open the Job Cards board to see your bays
- Start adding services to your catalog
