Invite Members
Add your team members and assign roles.
Invite Members
Once your garage is set up, invite your staff so they can access the system.
How to invite
- Go to Team Settings (click the gear icon in the sidebar)
- Navigate to the Members tab
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click Send Invitation
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your Team.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — billing, members, settings, all garage operations |
| Admin | Everything except billing and ownership transfer |
| Member | Standard garage operations — bookings, customers, invoices |
Seat limits
Your plan determines how many members you can have. On the free plan, only the owner has access. Upgrade to add more seats.
If you reach your seat limit, you will see a message when trying to invite. You can either remove an existing member or upgrade your plan.
