Reports
Overview
The Reports module provides financial visibility into your Garage operations. Reports are generated in real time from your bookings, invoices, expenses, and financial entries.
Available Reports

| Profit & Loss | Revenue vs expenses over a date range. |
| Balance Sheet | Assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time. |
| Cash Flow | Cash inflows and outflows over a period. |
| General Ledger | All financial entries with debit/credit detail. |
| Account Balances | Current balance for each account in the chart of accounts. |
| Aged Receivables | Outstanding customer balances grouped by age (30/60/90+ days). |
| Aged Payables | Outstanding vendor balances grouped by age. |
| Actuals vs Forecast | Compare actual figures against projected targets. |
| Tax Report | Tax collected and owed over a period. |
Key Concepts
- Chart of Accounts — A virtual chart of accounts organizes your financial data into standard categories (assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, expenses).
- Financial Entries — Every invoice, payment, and expense creates double-entry financial records (debit and credit) for accurate accounting.
- Date Range — All reports accept a date range filter. Some reports also support comparison periods.
Permissions and Plan Gating
Basic reports (P&L, account balances) are available on all plans. Advanced reports (balance sheet, cash flow, general ledger, tax) require Pro or above.

Q: Are reports exportable? A: Report data is viewable in the dashboard. CSV/PDF export is planned for a future release.
Q: How often is report data updated? A: Reports are generated in real time from your current data. There is no caching delay.
